　　Basic introduction

　　The Xinxiang Taihang Red Culture Education Base is approved by the Huixian Municipal Party Committee and Government, based on the principles of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation", and jointly built with the Huixian Municipal Party School. Supported by the "Party School+Base" characteristic education model, it organically integrates the history of the Party and local red resources, upholds the promotion of the Taihang spirit and Huixian spirit as the main theme, and is committed to providing red themed education, patriotic education, themed party day activities, team building expansion, conferences and exhibitions, research and study tours, and other services for party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, and social organizations at all levels.

　　The Taihang Red Culture Education Base in Xinxiang City (Mengdian Ecological Park Hot Spring Hotel) is located at the southern foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Changcun Town, Huixian City, adjacent to National Highway 234 and 10 kilometers away from the Xinxiang Expressway. The transportation is convenient and can be directly reached by large and medium-sized buses. The base is built along the mountain, with a well-arranged and picturesque overall layout. It covers a total area of over 280 acres, and there is also a 100 acre ecological leisure garden. Strolling through it feels like being in a natural oxygen bar, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and experiencing a unique scenery.

　　The "Huixian People's Well done Exhibition Hall" was built in 2019, with a construction area of 1500 square meters and an investment of over 20 million yuan. In 2020, the "Muqing Spirit Practice Education Base" and the "Physical Exhibition Hall of the History of the Communist Party of China and National History" were built, continuously enriching the red resources of the base and becoming an important platform for learning and exchange across the country.

　　The base has 5 residential buildings with a total construction area of about 33000 square meters. It can accommodate more than 2000 people for dining and accommodation, and has 5 large parking lots and more than 500 parking spaces. There are 18 conference rooms, including a multifunctional studio that can accommodate 1500 people, equipped with the most advanced audio and lighting equipment in the northern Henan region. The hot spring bathhouse collects natural hot spring water from more than 2600 meters underground, relying on rich hot spring resources. It has successively built indoor and outdoor hot spring venues such as "Mengdian Tang Spring" and "Longfeng Hot Spring", equipped with indoor temperature controlled national standard swimming pools, traditional Chinese medicine sweat steaming health preservation, fish therapy health preservation centers, leisure cinemas, etc.

　　The base has now become a comprehensive base that integrates five major areas: "Red Culture Inheritance", "Catering, Accommodation and Conference", "Business Exhibition and Leisure", "Hot Spring Health Preservation", and "Ecological Planting and Picking".

　　There are also more than 20 ecological fruit and vegetable picking greenhouses built in the base. The fruits and vegetables in the greenhouses are naturally pollution-free, with more than 10 varieties of fruits and vegetables, including the preferred variety of strawberries and over 10000 famous fruit trees, which can meet the needs of different groups of people.

　　By the end of 2023, a new leisure garden will be built, containing over a thousand famous fruit trees, a cultural and sports square, a music fountain, a yacht, a koi pond, and children's playground facilities.
